This smoother waterproof paint provides superior protection for interior and exterior masonry surfaces, whether above or below grade. It is ideal for basement walls, retaining walls, foundations, landscape walls, cinder blocks, concrete blocks, bare concrete swimming pools, stucco, and brick. Fortified with ceramic for ultimate waterproof protection, this product also resists mildew growth thanks to a nonhazardous green biocide incorporated into the paint film. It can stop water pressure up to 12 P.S.I., equivalent to a wall of water over 26 feet high, and has been tested to meet ASTM standards for resistance to hydrostatic pressure and wind-driven rain. Easy to clean up with soap and water, it covers 75 to 100 square feet per gallon and can be tinted with up to 2 fluid ounces of colorant per gallon.
